Sometimes we need to have the right mindset before we start moving forward. Sometimes though, just starting to move forces the mind to follow. So rather than wait for your mind to initiate the first move, use your body to lead. Get up, get out, move. Motion creates emotion. It’s known that exercise stimulates our body and our mind. It can fuel creativity and allow new thought processes to develop.
