Your life.
Your way.
Why hire a
Life Coach?
You're your own expert. You know what's best. A Life Coach does NOT tell you what to do, how to improve, or what to change.
As different challenges come our way, sometimes new tools are needed to address those challenges. We help provide perspective, challenge your thinking, and most importantly, help you find a new approach that will better serve you.
A coach helps you explore:
the why [your motivators]
the how [the mechanics of what needs to change]
the what [the goal]
One of the reasons a life coach is effective is simply because we are not you. We help you get out of your own head and see things in a new light.
Why me?
That is for you to decide. I absolutely love what I do, but you need to feel comfortable and ‘gel’ with me for this to work.
Let’s start with a conversation. An exploratory call. You ask me questions. I ask you some questions. If you want to proceed with working together, then we’ll talk about the structure of our sessions and establish your goal.
About me
My Approach
The only thing you need is the motivation for wanting to change. We will spend our time together focused on improvements that are important and beneficial.
In order to be effective, we need to explicitly define your goal, identify potential obstacles, and then build the map to your success. Through our conversations, you will discover what’s needed to make those changes, achieve your goals and feel you’re better suited to move forward with your life.
My Journey
I come from the financial services world. I spent most of my career working with institutional investment firms. Wanting a career that would have a more meaningful impact on individuals and their outcomes, I found Life Coaching.
Life Coaching offers me the opportunity to help people directly with improvements and excel through personal growth. I consider it an honor and a privilege to have the opportunity to work with someone who wants to grow. Their bravery and willingness to share their goals is something that I take very seriously.
