Sandwich Generation

This phrase is for people who care for both kids under 18 and parents over the age of 65. By some metrics, nearly half of people in their 40s and 50s are a member of this group. There’s a lot at play for folks as they navigate a journey that is challenging in ways they likely have never been challenged. The emotions that come with this, help required and ability to adapt constantly are just a few of the challenges one may face.

Working with a Coach allows you the space to unpack what you’re experiencing and feeling. And it allows some time to pause, reflect and figure the direction you want to move in. Everybody’s experience is different but one thing in common is the need for support. Along with family, friends and numerous others, a Life Coach can provide additional support in whatever way you may need [recognize figuring out what you need is a part of what you need].

As a member of the Sandwich Generation, I can relate to the challenges one may experience. My role is to support you in helping you meet this challenge.
